Occupational Therapy Blogs

A number of occupational therapists are using social networking tools (otherwise known as Web 2.0) to talk about their practice - whether as an occupational therapist, an educator or as a student occupational therapist.

A Web 2.0 tool that NZAOT is actively involved in, are on-line discussion forums. NZAOT manages a number of Special Interest Groups (SIGs), which enable NZAOT members to network with other occupational therapists who have an interest in a particular practice area. See more information on NZAOT Special Interest groups.

NZAOT has a facebook page, you can 'like us' at www.facebook.com/NZAOT

One of the many tools these therapists are using to 'talk' about, and thus further develop their understandings of occupational therapy, are blogs. Following is a list of occupational therapy blogs. In listing these, NZAOT is not endorsing the opinions of these pratitioners, but rather supports the use of this technology platform to promote the development discussion of occupational therapy practice. This list is not exhaustive, if you have an occupational therapy-related blog, or know of any that should be added to this list, please contact the NZAOT office
